Surface-mounted electric lock for left or right-hand doors, easy latch bolt reversal for doors with interior, exterior, and remote opening.
FEATURES:
• With a single button press, the latch bolt opens and stays open (mechanical memory) until the door is closed again
• Lock with remote latch bolt opening via electric button
• Includes a transformer with 127V input and 12V output, as well as 1.2 Amp output
• The lock adapts to the intercom as its ideal complement
• For use on doors 35 to 45 mm thick
• Operates with a key in case of power outage from the exterior
• With safety switch for solenoid protection
• Interior button that operates the deadbolt-latch bolt
• Actuating the key from the interior locks the button, preventing the latch from retracting
