In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, it has all appropriate physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your personal data and prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing it. Under no circumstances will we commercialize your personal data without your prior written consent.

-Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC)

-Payment information (bank account number)

-Credit or Debit Card (if your payment method is by this means), autograph signature.

We will not obtain or process data considered "Sensitive Data" in the terms of Article 3, Section VI of the Law.

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of use we give it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations provided for in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights. The exercise of any of the ARCO rights must be done in the following way:

b) Indicate your full name and address or another means to communicate the response to your request.

d) Indicate a clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, the elements and/or documents that facilitate the location of personal data, and the requirements provided for the exercise of ARCO rights in the Law and its Regulations.

Once your request is received, we will respond to it either by email or in writing according to the information you have indicated in your request, within 20 business days from the receipt of your request. This is on the understanding that we may require additional information in the terms provided in the Law and its Regulations, in which case the response period will be counted from when you provide us with the additional information/documentation. In the case of requests for access to your personal data, the information would be provided to you, where appropriate, by simple or electronic copies, depending on their availability in our archives.

If you do not agree with the use of your data for any of the so-called "non-necessary purposes," or if you wish to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, you may express your refusal or limitation to said processing or disclosure within a period of 5 business days from when you became aware of this privacy notice in the following way:

This is on the understanding that we may require additional information in the terms provided in the Law and its Regulations, in which case the response period will be counted from when you provide us with the additional information/documentation.

The refusal to use your personal data for "non-necessary purposes" cannot be a reason for us to deny you the services and products you request or contract with us.

EYAL SA DE CV and/o axalc.com.mx commits not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as provided in Article 37 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time, in response to legislative developments, new legal requirements, internal privacy policies, or new requirements for providing or offering our services or products. These modifications will be available at clientes@axalc.com.mx

We inform you that on our website we use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies through which it is possible to monitor your behavior as an internet user, provide you with a better service and user experience when browsing our page, as well as offer you new products and services based on your preferences.
