Welcome to our website axalc.com.mx, which is administered by AXA Lock Center under the corporate name of ALG, Cerraduras y Herrajes SA DE CV, hereinafter referred to as (AXALC-ALG) in its capacity as owner. We appreciate your preference and would like to inform you about some important points to consider during your visit.
The use, browsing, and sale of products on the axalc.com.mx site are regulated by the terms and conditions specified in this document. In order to offer a safe and pleasant environment to our customers and visitors, we have established rules and terms under which the areas of responsibility and rights are delimited, both for AXALC-ALG and for our visitors.
1. Agreements

Such changes will immediately modify these provisions and will be published in the same way as the previous ones, it being the sole responsibility of the user to ensure they are aware of such modifications.
2. Terms
By using this page axalc.com.mx, the following understanding is agreed upon:
- The term "User" refers to any person who enters, browses, registers, and makes or attempts to make a purchase on the axalc.com.mx page.

AXALC-ALG does not use distributors to sell or offer its services; any operation carried out outside these terms is the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
All elements and intellectual property rights owned by AXALC-ALG, including its trademarks, trade names, licenses, industrial designs, patents, distinctive signs, utility models, among others; are protected by the applicable legislation on intellectual property and by international treaties and applicable laws on copyright. Therefore, the user expressly waives, at this moment, any action, claim or demand against AXALC-ALG, for any or eventual violation of any copyright or intellectual property derived from the information, programs, applications, software, ideas and other material that the user provides to AXALC-ALG.

The user acknowledges and accepts that the information published or contained on our site axalc.com.mx that is generated by AXALC-ALG, or by suppliers, will be clearly identified in such a way that it is recognized as coming from AXALC-ALG or said suppliers.
The information, concepts, and opinions published on the site axalc.com.mx do not necessarily reflect the position of AXALC-ALG nor its employees, shareholders, administrators, service providers, or others; for which reason AXALC-ALG is not responsible for any of the information and concepts issued on axalc.com.mx or through public forums or any other space or service provided through the aforementioned site. Likewise, AXALC-ALG is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from the use of advice and/or procedures included in the various internet pages, with the understanding that the use and follow-up of such advice, comments, and procedures, provided in the spaces referred to for that purpose, as well as any direct or indirect damage due to data loss caused by computer viruses, is at the user's own risk and responsibility.

5. Sharing information with AXALC-ALG.
Through customer service email, or through our operators, you may wish to provide suggestions, comments, ideas, data, or material; including confidential information, or any creative material, such as ideas for products or services or any original work. By doing so, you agree that AXALC-ALG may use this information at its convenience.
Additionally, you agree to assume responsibility for the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of these messages. AXALC-ALG obtains the right to use, modify, copy, publish, distribute, and make use of the content of the messages in various ways, without restriction and without granting any compensation.
6. Modification of Content on axalc.com.mx
Under no circumstances does AXALC-ALG guarantee that the contents and information on axalc.com.mx are accurate and free of any kind of error, omission, or inaccuracy at all times. These errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may relate to the price, description, or availability of products. AXALC-ALG reserves the right to correct any content or change and update information without prior notice. Likewise, we reserve the right to cancel any order that contains errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, whether the order has been authorized or confirmed, or charges have been made to your credit card or a bank deposit has been received. In the event the order is canceled and a charge has been made, the amount of the charge will be returned in the most convenient way, upon prior confirmation from the customer.
AXALC-ALG, at all times, strives to accurately reflect the finishes, colors, functions, and characteristics of the products; however, in a web environment this is not entirely possible, so we cannot guarantee that the product finishes exactly match the photograph shown on axalc.com.mx, which depends on the configuration and type of monitor you have; it also depends on changes or improvements that the manufacturer itself makes to the products without prior notice.
AXALC-ALG does not guarantee the accuracy, veracity, comprehensiveness, and/or usefulness of any content provided by such third parties. Under no circumstances shall AXALC-ALG be responsible for any direct or indirect damage and/or harm caused by the user's reliance on information obtained through this site.
7. Personal Data
The user acknowledges and accepts that AXALC-ALG does not obtain the information in question automatically, but requires the user to provide it directly through axalc.com.mx or by any other means, and that AXALC-ALG's privacy notice is published and available prior to collecting the user's information.
For the purposes of Article 76bis of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, the user gives their express consent for AXALC-ALG to share their information with third parties. AXALC-ALG hereby declares that said information will be shared solely for the purpose of providing excellent service to the user and that it will respect the confidentiality of said information in accordance with the provisions of the privacy notice.
Likewise, for the purposes of articles 16, 17, 18 and 18bis of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, the user grants their express consent and acceptance to receive information for marketing or advertising purposes. In the same way, the user authorizes AXALC-ALG, in the broadest legal manner, to use personal information for the purposes AXALC-ALG deems necessary or convenient.
8. Payment Methods
At AXALC-ALG, we want to make your purchase easier and simpler for your greater satisfaction, which is why we have various payment methods to adapt to your needs:
- We accept all credit or debit cards issued in Mexico.
- Interbank payments to our accounts (SPEI Transfers or Over-the-Counter Deposits)
- Payment using payment gateways or links (PayPal, Mercado Pago, Kueski).
- Payments directly at our physical branch located in Mexico City.
Regardless of the payment method used, the payment for the purchase will be considered successful once the amount of the purchase is reflected, to the satisfaction of AXALC-ALG, in AXALC-ALG's bank accounts or gateways.
The client must take into account that AXALC-ALG has no control over the time it takes for payments to be credited to AXALC-ALG's bank accounts or gateways; therefore, the client accepts that their order will be processed once the amount of their payment appears in AXALC-ALG's bank accounts or gateways.
9. Security
We guarantee that all transactions you make on the axalc.com.mx site will be 100% compliant with the highest online shopping site standards.
10. Terms of purchase, order placement, and product delivery
Any order placed through the axalc.com.mx site may be subject to telephone confirmation with the customer for purchase confirmation. Once the user completes their purchase, AXALC-ALG will verify that it is a 100% reliable transaction and will send the product through the parcel or transport service chosen by the customer; the customer will cover the total amount generated for the freight service of the transportation companies and/or parcel service they have chosen.
In cases of deliveries within Mexico City and the metropolitan area, only one delivery attempt will be made; in the rest of the country, two delivery attempts will be made. If, after the delivery attempt(s), the customer is not available to receive the products at the address registered at the time of purchase, AXALC-ALG will cancel the order, in which case the product will be stored awaiting the customer's claim, and the customer will again be responsible for shipping costs.
11. Product Delivery
At axalc.com.mx we offer nationwide delivery within 3 to 10 business days. This may vary depending on the delivery location, availability, and product characteristics. Likewise, the customer hereby accepts that delivery times may vary depending on several factors: holidays and public holidays, as well as mandatory vacations, may affect delivery processes and such circumstances are beyond AXALC-ALG's control.
The user accepts that the use of axalc.com.mx is at their own risk, that the services and products provided and offered on axalc.com.mx are provided on an "as shown" and "as available" basis. Therefore, the user is not guaranteed that AXALC-ALG's products will meet the user's requirements, or that AXALC-ALG's services will always remain uninterrupted. Nevertheless, AXALC-ALG will try to satisfy the requirements and demands of users to the best of its ability.
Any use of the products acquired on our site is the sole responsibility of the user. AXALC-ALG does not accept any relationship and/or responsibility for any event arising from the use of products acquired on our internet portal.
12. Return Policy, Merchandise Exchange, and Product Warranties
All products are subject to the warranties and return policies of each manufacturer; these differ by brand and product type and can be consulted on the packaging of each product.
AXALC-ALG, in its capacity as an authorized distributor for each manufacturer/brand, will respect the warranties and return policies indicated by each manufacturer/brand.
Returns apply to products that show manufacturing defects; for this purpose, the customer must present the product in question at our warehouse, accompanied by their proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt) with the paid stamp and the delivered stamp from our warehouse. The product will be analyzed, and if a manufacturing defect is determined, a physical exchange will be made, providing an identical product. If the product is out of stock, the customer will be informed of the estimated delivery date.
If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different model, for this purpose, the customer must present the product in question in its original packaging in perfect condition, with all complete accessories and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt) with the paid stamp and the delivered stamp from our warehouse. A physical exchange will be made, delivering the product of their preference. If the new product is of a higher price, the customer must pay the difference. If the product is of a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.
AXALC-ALG does not refund money for any reason; all exchanges or warranties will be processed as credit, at the current price of the product, which can be used for a future purchase up to 90 days after the credit was granted.
13. Age of Majority
The use of the axalc.com.mx site is reserved exclusively for adults with full legal capacity to enjoy and exercise their rights. Should a minor access axalc.com.mx and use the services provided, those who exercise parental authority over them shall be responsible and must answer for the obligations contracted if any transaction is made.
14. Modifications to the information published on axalc.com.mx
AXALC-ALG may at any time, and when it deems it convenient or necessary, without prior notice to its current or past users, make corrections, additions, improvements or modifications to the content, presentation, information, services, areas, databases and other elements published on axalc.com.mx without this giving rise or right to any claim or compensation, nor implying any recognition of responsibility in favor of any user.
15. Competence and Jurisdiction
This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws and before the Courts of Mexico City, Federal District; regardless of the place where the user has their domicile, made the purchase, or paid for the transaction.

- Applies only to the product specified in the offer, without admitting modifications to specifications, model, or color.
- Offers and other services may only be available to customers located in Mexico and via the internet, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
- Shipping charges may apply to discounted and promotional items.
- AXALC-ALG reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time and to inform you through the same channels through which the promotion was offered.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be resold, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
- If any of the products related to this offer are returned, the return charge will be equivalent to the final transaction amount, subject to the return policies.
- The offer may be invalidated if any of these terms and conditions are not met.
- The offer may be invalidated if the product goes out of stock.
