Can I pay in cash?

Yes, we offer the option of paying in cash; please follow these steps:

1) You can deposit cash into any of our bank accounts at any branch of:

    • When finalizing the order on our page, select the "cash payment" option.
    • Go to any of the mentioned bank branches and make the deposit to the corresponding account number for the exact amount of your purchase.
    • The bank must provide you with a deposit slip or receipt.
    • Send this receipt to the email: clientes@axalc.com.mx indicating:
      • Your order number generated by our page.
      • Your full name
      • Your phone number
    • Once we receive the deposit slip or receipt, we will check that the deposited amount is available in our bank account and we will confirm its receipt. If there is any discrepancy, we will let you know.
    • Done! All that's left is to wait for your purchase.

            Can I pay with Mercado Pago?

            Yes, please consider the following points.

              • By selecting this option, you will be redirected to the Mercado Pago website to make your payment.
              • Notice: To use this payment method, you must have an existing Mercado Pago account linked to your bank card.

            Can I pay with PayPal?

            Yes, please consider the following points.

              • By selecting this option, you will be redirected to the Mercado Pago website to make your payment.
              • Notice: To use this payment method, you must have an existing PayPal account linked to your bank card.

            Can I pay for my purchase with credit/debit cards?

            You can use this payment method through one of the following options:

            1. Through PayPal, whether or not you have an account with this application.
            2. Through Mercado Pago.
            3. By visiting our branch in person.

            With these options, you can use credit or debit cards issued by American Express, Visa, or MasterCard.

            Could my purchase be canceled?

            Your purchase could be canceled for the following reasons.

              • Insufficient funds.
              • Discrepancies in an amount or with a receipt.
              • In case the bank has requested a block on the payment of your purchase; you must contact your bank directly to clarify the situation.
