How do I make a purchase?

Follow these simple steps to make your purchase quickly.

• Log in to your account (If you have an account).
• Go to the search bar and type the name of the item you want to buy, or click on the Products bar.
• Once you choose what to buy, click on Add to cart.
• Once you have finished selecting your products, go to Cart and click the Checkout button.
• Choose the payment method you will use for your purchase.
• Fill out the form and verify that your data is correct.
• Select the shipping company.
• Done! You will receive a confirmation email for the arrival of your order.

Where can I see my purchase?

Once you have completed your purchase process, your order will appear in the My Orders section; to access this section, you must click on My Account.

Can I remove an item from my shopping cart?

Yes, of course, to do so, you must follow these simple steps.

• First, you must click on Cart.
• Click a second time on View Cart, this will redirect you to the list of items you have selected but have not yet purchased.
• Click on Remove if you wish to completely remove this item from your shopping cart.
• If you wish, you can also increase or decrease the number of pieces of a product in this same section.

Can I change my preset address?

Yes, in the My Addresses section, you can add several destinations where we can deliver your order or delete them; follow these simple steps.

• First, you must click on My Account.
• Click a second time on My Addresses.
• Fill out the form and verify your information.
• When you are finished, click on Add a new address.
• If you wish to change your file information, click on Modify.
• If you wish to delete the entire address file, click on Delete.
